Welcome to your graduation ceremony,
class. The future awaits you beyond these doors and you can do anything
that you dream. As you know, 2002 was the year of the reissue. Anything
that was worth owning was remastered and reissued this year and anyone
who's anyone decided to rerelease their stuff: David Bowie, Lou Reed,
a massive whole cataolgue campaign from Elvis Costello, even Dischord
Records got into the deal. But what was new that was any good?
Well it was a tough decision this year, but here are the best
